Are you ready to participate in a Japanese winter camp? Applications are now open for the AYFN JAPAN Winter Cultural Camp 2026. This is a fully-funded, week-long camp in Osaka, hosted by the ASEAN Youth Friendship Network (AYFN). The AYFN camp in Japan is open to all citizens. Participants from all countries with any academic background are welcome to apply. This cultural exchange program in Japan will take place from February 8 to 13, 2026. An IELTS certificate is not required. The program aims to provide participants with an understanding of Japanese culture and language and to connect with peers from around the world. During the camp, participants will also visit three different cities in Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara). Below you will find more details about the camp, its requirements, and financial benefits.

Eligibility criteria

• The program is open to all nationalities.
• Applicants' age: 17-35 years.
• You must have a strong interest in travel and culture.
• Active participation in social and youth activities.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel to Japan during the program period.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
