The CCP is a fully-funded exchange program that selects approximately 55-60 professionals and volunteers from 40 countries to build intercultural networks. Through a CCP fellowship, participants expand their expertise, build valuable networks, and develop effective communication and interaction skills with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. The German Cultural Exchange Program is a prominent intercultural exchange initiative that aims to build and strengthen sustainable civil society networks between Germany and its partner countries. Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be 23 years of age at the time of application.
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
- - The participant must have at least two years of practical or volunteer experience in a civil society organization in his or her home country, and this can be proven.
The CPC Fellowship will be awarded to individuals working in one of the following fields:
- Politics and Society
- Media and Culture
- Human Rights and Peace
- Sustainable development and climate justice
