- meets the conditions of the program for which they have received an offer of admission, including the requirement to be onshore for some components (if applicable);
- has not received the Award previously for the same level of study; and
- is not the recipient of an external sponsorship that covers all or part of the cost of the student’s tuition fees with the university.
