The University of Parma in Italy offers scholarships to master's students in nine study programs, including "Telecommunications Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Safety and Risk Management, Functional and Sustainable Materials, Global Food Law: Challenges of Sustainability and Innovation, Linguistics and Cultural Studies for People with Disabilities, Advanced Molecular Sciences for Health Products, Data Science for Management, and Environmental Engineering for Risk Mitigation." Students are awarded this Italian scholarship based on their academic record and the relevance of their previous degrees to their chosen master’s program.

Benefits of the IUPALS Scholarship in Italy for Palestinian Students 2025-26:
Each scholarship provides €10,000 per year and covers the following:
- The scholarship will cover tuition fees.
- Accommodation will be provided for students.
- Partial food coverage will be provided.

- All visa related costs will be covered.
- Students will receive academic materials and support services.
Eligibility criteria for the IUPALS Scholarship for Palestinian Students 2025-26:
- The applicant must hold Palestinian citizenship and be a resident of the Palestinian territories.
- Applicants must have a qualifying degree for admission to the second cycle (Master's programme).
- Applicants must have English language proficiency at level B2.
- Applicants must not already be enrolled at the University of Parma.
- Each student has the right to submit only one application.
- This scholarship cannot be combined with other funding/sponsorship awards.
- It is necessary for students to enroll in a 5-month Italian language and culture course.
