The National Library of Taiwan (NTL) is offering a fully-funded 3-6- month fellowship for international visiting scholars to conduct research at the National Library of Taiwan (NTL). It is the oldest public library in Taiwan. The NTL Fellowship 2025 is open to applicants from all over the world . There is no application fee , and an IELTS test is not required .
