Applications are now open for the EPFL Life Sciences Summer Research Program 2025 in Switzerland . It is one of the best fully-funded summer internships at EPFL. The program is open to applicants from all over the world . The EPFL Life Sciences Summer Program is a two-month program and will take place from July 7 to August 28, 2025. Applicants are not required to take IELTS and there is no application fee. The EPFL Life Sciences Summer Program is open to undergraduate and master students to conduct a research project in the field of life sciences under the supervision of mentors. For the year 2025, EPFL will select 20-25 students for its summer school. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the FEDERAL FEDERAL EDUCATIONAL LIFE SCIENCE RESEARCH SUMMER PROGRAMME in Lausanne, you must:

  • The EPFL Life Sciences Summer Programme is open to all citizens.
  • Open to students in biology, biophysics, chemistry, bioengineering, bioinformatics, quantitative biology, and related fields.
  • Be currently enrolled at a university and have completed at least two years of undergraduate study or the first year of a master's degree program by the start of the program.
  • Recent graduates (within one year of completing a bachelor's degree) are also eligible, especially if they are actively pursuing a master's degree in a life science-related field or planning a career in the life sciences.
  • While diverse backgrounds in the life sciences are welcome, applicants should have a solid foundation in core life science subjects, including cell biology and biotechnology.
  • IELTS is not required.
