The EUI Policy Leader Fellowship (PLF) is a Fully Funded five to ten–month leadership program at the European University Institute (EUI). This Leadership Program invites applicants from a wide range of Policy Fields such as Politics, civil service, media, non-governmental organizations, and others. The EUI Leaders Fellowship aims to attract individuals from around the world with diverse hands-on experiences in policy-making. Each year, the program selects approximately 20-25 people from all around the world. English Test Proficiency Proof is not required from the applicants. Details About EUI Leaders Fellowship 2025 in Italy

Fellowship Dates and Duration
Five or Ten Months. Candidates should indicate their preference from the following options:
- Five Months: September 2025 – January 2026 or February 2026 – June 2026
- Ten Months: September 2025 – June 2026
Financial Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: Fellows receive a monthly stipend of €2,500 to cover living expenses.
- Household Allowance: A monthly allowance of €300 is provided to assist with additional household costs.
- Child Allowance: An additional €200 per month is provided for each dependent child.
- Travel Allowance: Fellows are eligible for a total of €1,200 to cover travel expenses, including first-class rail and economy-class airfare.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: The EUI Leadership Program in Italy is open to all the Nationals. EU citizenship is not required.
- Degree Level: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. A Ph.D. degree is not required.
- Age: There is no age recommendation or cut-off.
- Mid-Career Professionals: Candidates should be mid-career professionals with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Policy-Relevant Themes: Priority will be given to applicants whose work addresses pressing policy challenges relevant to the STG’s focus areas.
