In 2025, the University of Oslo welcomed students from 63 countries around the world. The ISS at the University of Oslo offers numerous scholarships covering tuition, accommodation, and airfare. Eligibility requirements for the scholarship

  • Pre-academic requirements: Meeting all specified academic requirements for Master's level courses.
  • Academic excellence: Demonstrate a strong academic record (high GPA/grades from previous studies).
  • English language proficiency: Provide evidence that you meet the required English language proficiency levels .
  • Scholarship application form: Fill out and submit the dedicated scholarship application form .
