Job Type

UNDP is looking for Human Development interns with experience and knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Mentoring and developing people management, leadership development, capacity development, professional development, data and knowledge management, assessment, and/or communication.

Scholarship

For Copenhagen, this salary is equivalent to $1,000 per month (exact amount to be confirmed later).

Training dates

Selected interns will start their internship in February/March 2025 or 1 July 2025, depending on the selection of the selected candidates and UNDP needs.

Trainee Responsibilities

  • Understand the structure, policies and practices of UNDP. Participate in trainings and workshops to improve skills, especially communication skills.
  • Connect with other UN professionals to expand your network.
  • Use tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams and design software to create presentations, videos, and online courses.
  • Helping new staff get started with UNDP.
  • Manage employee information and records.
  • Support programmes that develop future leaders at UNDP.
  • Assist in designing leadership training programmes.
  • Improving the skills and knowledge of UNDP staff.
  • Create online courses and training materials.
  • Helping staff develop their careers within UNDP.
  • Providing career guidance and counselling.
  • Create and share information on UNDP's work.
  • Graphic design, videos, and presentations.
  • Managing and coordinating training programmes.
  • Design and development of online training courses.
  • Analyse training data to improve programmes.
  • Organising and sharing information within UNDP.

Required skills
