Trainee responsibilities

Under the supervision of the supervisor, the intern will assist with the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Working with the Gender Team to develop and implement AI-powered tools to assess the performance of public institutions on gender equality.
• Analysis of discrepancies between LOLA AI results and human evaluations (baseline and final).
• Identify areas where LOLA AI needs improvement.
• Improve LOLA AI's instructions based on comparative analysis.
• Focus on areas where LOLA AI deviated from human assessments.
• Suggest changes to the LOLA interface to improve clarity and ease of use.
• Create summaries summarizing final evaluations of public institutions.
