Eligibility Criteria for Croatian Government Scholarships 2025-2026:
- Applicants must be citizens of countries with valid bilateral agreements with Croatia (for the first group of applications).
- A minimum of two semesters must be completed at the home institution for most scholarships.
- Bachelor's degree for Master's programs, Master's degree for PhD programs, and PhD degree for post-doctoral research.
- Language proficiency:
- For Croatian language programmes: at least B1 level in Croatian.
- For other programs: proficiency in English or Croatian, depending on the program.
- Age limit:
- 30 years for applicants for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees.
- There is no age limit for postdoctoral researchers and language program applicants.
