Eligibility criteria for the Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship

To qualify for the Global Excellence Scholarship, the candidate must meet all of the following requirements:

• Required language:  English.
• Eligible countries: All countries of the world
• Undergraduate admission requirements:
  • - You must have an academic offer to enter a Bachelor's program at any of our academic schools, starting in September 2025. If you are studying a program at the College of Medicine or Dentistry, you are not eligible.
  • - To have international fee status, as determined by the university;
  • Obtaining an AAB degree in the United Kingdom at A level (or higher) or its equivalent at the discretion of the university.

• Graduate Studies Admission Requirements:
  • - The applicant must have received an academic offer to enter a graduate program at any of our academic schools, starting in September 2025 or January 2026. The program must be full-time, 180 credit hours, for a period of 12 months;
  • - To have international fee status, as determined by the university;

2. Once you have applied to the University of Dundee and received an offer of admission, whether conditional or unconditional, the university will notify you by email of your eligibility for a scholarship. You will not be able to apply for a scholarship without an offer of admission.

Note: If the university invites you to apply, a scholarship application link will be sent to you via email for you to complete. The university will notify you of the decision within 8 weeks of receiving your application.
