Eligibility Criteria for Islamic University of Madinah Scholarship

To qualify for the Islamic University of Madinah Scholarship, the candidate must meet all of the following requirements below:

  • Required language: English.
  • Eligible countries: All countries in the world
  • Applicants must be international (Muslim) and of good conduct.
  • Students must have a secondary education (12 years) or equivalent education for bachelor's degree requirements.
  • Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or 16 years of education at the time of application for a master's degree with a GPA of 3.75 out of 5.
  • Must be in good physical and medical health.
  • Applicants must be between 17 and 25 years old for undergraduate degrees.
  • The student must be interested in completing his/her bachelor's degree and abide by the rules and regulations of the university.
  • Language Test for Masters: Applicants from Gulf countries must obtain a score of no less than (65) on the General Aptitude Test for Graduate Studies (Qiyas) and must not have obtained the score more than five years ago. Applicants from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must obtain a score of no less than (130) on the GRE (quantitative part) and must not have obtained the score more than two years ago. Applicants must obtain a score of no less than (450) on the TOEFL-PBT or its equivalent and must not have obtained the score more than two years ago. The College Council has the right to exempt them from this condition.
