Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships from National Chiao Tung University

• Students must have a Bachelor's degree/transcript (16 years) of education at the time of application for a Master's degree.
• Applicants must have a Master's degree/transcript (18 years old) at the time of applying for the PhD degree.

• Students will be preferred if they have extracurricular achievements, community involvement, social responsibility, and leadership skills.
• Students must be able to demonstrate their English language skills (if you have a letter of English proficiency from your previous institution this will be acceptable)
