  • Fill out the visa waiver letter application form. 
  • Book an appointment at the Consulate of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in Islamabad 
  • Submission: Acceptance letter, proof of fee payment, notarized educational documents (HEC, IBCC, MOFA), passport, bank statement and account maintenance certificate, police character certificate, medical fitness certificate, proof of residence, and photos.
