Applicants for the Qatar University Scholarship must meet the following criteria:

Fully Funded Scholarships

Internal scholarships:

• Applicants must meet the college's admission requirements and the major they are applying to. In addition, new applicants must submit an official final high school transcript.
• The scholarship must be used in the same semester of the year in which it was awarded (especially registration and success in the semesters), otherwise the scholarship will be canceled for that semester and the student will be notified via the university’s email.

1. - Holder of the Qatari General Secondary Certificate.
2. A minimum average of 95% in the General Secondary Certificate.
3. The applicant must have obtained a high school diploma in the same year in which the scholarship application is submitted.
4. These scholarships are awarded in the fall semester only.
5. The scholarship must be used during the first semester of the year in which the scholarship was awarded (especially registration and success in the classes). Otherwise, the scholarship will be canceled for that semester and the student will be notified of this via the university’s email.

School Supplies Fully Funded Scholarships

Outstanding Performance Award:

• Must be registered at Qatar University.
• You must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 out of 4.00.
• Must have completed at least 30 credit hours at Qatar University.
• Students with the highest cumulative GPA will be selected.

How to apply for scholarships at Qatar University?

1. New students can apply for scholarships through  the admission application system .
2. When you create a new user account in the Admissions Application, you will use your Login ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to log in to the system in order to submit your Admissions Application and Scholarship Application.
