Rostov State Medical University: The cost of studying in English at this university includes the first-year tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, registration, visa extension and arrival procedures. Kazan Federal University: The cost of attendance includes the first year, which is $7,200, and the second through sixth years, which is $6,250.
