Turkish scholarship conditions
The high school average for applying to a Turkish university must not be less than 70%.
You must be under 30 years old for master's programs.
You must be under 35 years old for doctoral programs.
You must have successfully obtained a high school certificate in all subjects.
The university average for applying for master's and doctorate must not be less than 75%.
