Applications are now open for the 2026 ANSO Scholarship in China. ANSO is the acronym for the Alliance of National and International Scientific Organizations for the Belt and Road Region. ANSO offers a total of 500 scholarships annually: 200 master's scholarships and 300 doctoral scholarships. These scholarships are for master's or doctoral degrees at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), or institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) across China. Applicants from all over the world are eligible. If you do not have IELTS or TOEFL scores, other proof of English proficiency is acceptable. For more details, please see below.

ANSO Scholarship Requirements and Criteria
