Eligibility criteria for ICP Connect Scholarship in Belgium:

  • Be a citizen and resident of an eligible country at the time of application.
  • - To have a university degree related to the chosen master’s program.
  • Meet the academic requirements of the chosen program.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from higher education, government or civil society; strong motivation for others is required.
  • He/she must not be the recipient of another scholarship or have previously received a scholarship from the Belgian government.
  • - Must not have been registered in a Belgian institution before 1 January 2025.
  • You must be under 35 years old for initial Master’s programmes, under 45 years old for advanced Master’s programmes, and at least 19 years old for Bachelor’s programmes.
  • - To be proficient in the language of instruction in the program (English).
  • Commitment to return to your home country after graduation to contribute to its development.
