Applications are now open for the 2026 Korea University SK Global Scholarship. The Korea University SK Global Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship for international students pursuing a Master's degree . This scholarship is offered to students enrolling in Fall 2026. Korea University is a prestigious university located in Seoul, South Korea. There is no application fee, and IELTS is not required if the applicant completed their Bachelor's degree in English. Final-year undergraduate students are also eligible to apply. Twenty scholarships are available each year. The SK Global Scholarship Program is open to citizens of:

Europe (19 countries)

  • Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.

Southeast Asia (11 countries)

  • Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.

East Asia (specialized field)

  • Japan and Taiwan (Note: The eligibility of these countries applies  only to  the semiconductor field ).

South Asia (two countries)

  • India, Pakistan.

Eligibility criteria

  • To be eligible for the scholarship, both of your parents must be citizens of a country that is not South Korea .
  • Also, if your nationality changes during the application process to a country that is not among the 32 eligible countries, your application will be disqualified.
  • The applicant must have a bachelor's degree or be in their final year of study.
  • Proof of English language proficiency.
