Eligibility Criteria
- Be an international student from a MEXT-designated country
- Be a National of a MEXT-designated country
- Be born on or after April 2, 1990
- Have achieved a GPA of at least 2.30 on a 3.00 scale.
- Applicants must first apply to APU. APU will then select eligible candidates to recommend to the scholarship organization.
- English Proficiency Test: Must submit scores from an English proficiency test taken on or after Mid March 2024.
English language proficiency exemption
Applicants who completed their previous education at an English-speaking institution may submit a letter of English proficiency from that institution.
