Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is open to citizens of MTCP-recipient countries. The applicant must be a citizen of a developing country.
The applicant must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
The applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.50
English Language Requirements
IELTS: 6.0
TOEFL: 60 or above
If you have obtained a previous degree(s) with English as the medium of instruction, you may provide evidence of English language proficiency.

Applicants must submit their undergraduate study records.
Applicants must submit an official document issued by the applicant’s university describing the university’s grading system.
If the applicant’s copy of academic transcript does not include information on GPA, grades or percentages of grades, the documents must be certified.
