National Scholarship Program (NSP) 2025 in Slovakia | Study in Slovakia

The National Scholarship Program (NSP) for 2025 in Slovakia is offered by the Government of the Slovak Republic. The programme offers fully funded scholarships to international students, doctoral students, university professors, researchers, and artists from all over the world. Candidates have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship under the programme at any higher education institution in Slovakia, any institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, or any other eligible host institution, subject to the terms and conditions of the programme.

The study programmes offered under this international scholarship programme include healthcare, education, arts, technical sciences, social, economic, and legal sciences, natural sciences, mathematics, informatics, agriculture and veterinary medicine, humanities, security sciences, defence, and military sciences. The map on the official website allows participants to view the fields of study, program level, university name, institution type, and official link. Candidates can choose a field of study based on their academic background and interest in a specific field.

Three types of higher education institutions—public, state-run, and private—provide education, creative scientific research, or creative artistic activities. During the Europe Scholarship Programme, scholars can explore Slovakia's natural beauty, including mountains, plains, valleys, lakes, caves, forests, and meadows. The programme provides tuition, accommodation, meals, and a travel grant to selected candidates. This programme is a distinguished international exchange programme, and citizens of all countries except Slovakia are eligible to apply.
