We invite international students to apply for a fully-funded scholarship to study at one of Singapore's top universities. Applications are now open for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Scholarship 2026 at the National University of Singapore. The ADB Scholarship is open to students wishing to study for an MBA at the National University of Singapore. The NUS MBA program is consistently ranked among the top MBA programs globally. The program is 17 months long, during which participants will experience personal and professional growth. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is here to help with funding. The ADB Japan Scholarship Program will fully fund the participant's tuition fees at the National University of Singapore, plus a monthly stipend for housing, food, books and study materials, and medical and travel expenses. National University of Singapore MBA Program Requirements

The admission requirements are:

  • Must have completed a bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of work experience
  • Good scores on the GMAT/GMAT Focus/GRE
  • TOEFL test: minimum score of 100 or IELTS test: minimum score of 7.0 (only if the medium of instruction during undergraduate or graduate studies was not entirely in English).

Asian Development Bank Grant Requirements

  • - Not holding dual citizenship.
  • You have been accepted into an accredited Master's course at a designated institution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You have at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience.
  • Not older than 35 years old.
