The Thai government, through the Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP), is offering fully funded scholarships to international Master's students for the 2026-2027 academic year. These scholarships cover living expenses, accommodation, installation costs, book purchases, and thesis preparation.
The Thailand International Postgraduate Program (TIPP) was launched in 2000 to provide postgraduate scholarships to partner developing countries. Convinced that knowledge sharing is a cornerstone of South-South cooperation, the program offers Thailand and its partners opportunities to exchange experiences and best practices, thereby contributing to long-term sustainable development for all.
To share Thai best practices and expertise with the world, the training programs offered by the Thailand Institute of Technology (AITC) and the Thailand Development Partnership (TIPP) focus on development themes in which we have extensive experience. These themes fall into six main categories: a sufficient economy , public health , agriculture and food security , climate change and environmental challenges , and the green circular economy. Additional topics related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) , which Thailand is proud to promote, are also included . The sufficient economy theme has been incorporated to provide an in-depth analysis of our local approach to development, a key factor enabling Thailand to make sustainable progress in many areas.
Through its annual international training course and international postgraduate program in Thailand, TICA believes it is contributing to a sustainable future for Thailand.
