Eligibility criteria
- For applicants with a master's degree:
- Bachelor's degree: Completion of study in a relevant discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent, e.g., UK-style upper second-class honours degree) from an accredited institution.
- Master's Degree: Completion in a related discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- For applicants who do not hold a master’s degree (direct PhD):
- Bachelor's Degree: Completion of study in a related major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- GRE: Minimum Quantitative score of 150 (must be taken at a test center; take-home copy is not accepted). Must pass all three GRE sections.
- English language proficiency (for all applicants):
- iBT TOEFL Test: Score of 91 (must be taken at a test center; home version is not accepted), or equivalent.
- IELTS Academic Test: Overall score 6.5.
- EmSAT English Test: Score 1550.
English language test exemption
The English language test may be waived if the applicant is able to meet one of the following conditions:
- The applicant is a native English speaker.
- They have completed a bachelor's or master's degree from an English-language institution.
