ARICE Scholarships for Foreign Nationals 2025 in Romania
The Romanian Agency for Foreign Investment and Trade (ARICE), in partnership with the Ministry of Education, generously supports international researchers through its annual allocation of 40 scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year. These scholarships pave the way for foreign nationals to pursue various educational paths, ranging from bachelor's to doctoral degrees, at accredited public higher education institutions throughout Romania. However, while the opportunity is open to students from all over the world, candidates from EU and EFTA countries are not eligible. Preference is given to individuals from non-EU and EFTA countries that do not have prior cultural and educational cooperation agreements with Romania.

A Turkiye Student Visa is a permit that allows people to enter Turkiye for education and internships. The visa is valid for the duration of the course and programme. You can apply for the Turkiye Burslari Scholarship 2024. It gives 5,000 scholarships annually.
