A fully funded international exchange programme, the Reagan Fascell Democracy Fellowship allows mid-career professionals, journalists, civil society leaders, activists, and scholars from around the world to spend five months living at the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) in Washington, D.C. The fellowships enable recipients to conduct independent studies on democracy in a specific nation or area. Monthly stipend, meals, accommodation, airfare, a fully equipped office, local transport, and health insurance are covered. This is a fully funded international exchange programme in the USA.
