This is a fully-funded scholarship for international students to pursue undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs at Transylvania University. Colombian Government Scholarship 2025 Fully Funded
The Colombian Government Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications. This fully-funded scholarship is offered by the Government of Colombia for the academic year 2025. The scholarship is available to international students wishing to pursue a master’s degree program at Colombian public and private higher education institutions. The scholarship is for two years (4 semesters) and is administered and funded by ICETEX – a Colombian state entity that promotes higher education. The Colombian Government Scholarship covers health insurance, medical costs, tuition fees, visa expenses, living expenses, a monthly stipend, installation expenses, and books for all selected applicants.
