The Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship Programme is offered by the Russian Government to international students seeking to pursue higher education at Russian universities. Do you know what’s new this year? Now students can apply for the two new tracks: Bachelor and Postdoctoral. Previously, it was only for Masters and PhD programmes. The scholarship is open to citizens of all countries.
