Food and Beverage Services Duties

  • Meeting guests' needs: Understanding and meeting their requests, especially special needs.
  • Efficient Service: Adherence to service standards and timeframe.
  • Friendly and knowledgeable: Warmly welcomes guests, answers questions, and recommends products.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining high standards: Maintaining quality standards at Jumeirah.
  • Accurate record keeping: completing sales reports and other necessary documents.

Human Resources Duties

  • Welcoming Guests: Ensure all candidates and colleagues have a positive, professional, and supportive experience when interacting with HR.
  • Organizing: Help organize engaging employee activities, training, and HR events.
  • Learning Experience: Develop your knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to answer basic employee inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Support HR Initiatives: Support and promote wellness programs, recognition efforts, and internal communications.
  • Administrative duties: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates.

Eligibility criteria

  • Training is open to all citizens.
  • Current Student or Recent Graduate: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business school.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous training in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English, knowledge of additional international languages ​​is beneficial.
