About Us: Flanco is a growing civil contractor serving the mining and resources sector, with various ongoing projects nationwide and a division in Perth and the goldfields. Flanco is seeking experienced skilled workers/trade assistants to join our team. These are local residential positions where you can live and work in Kalgoorlie, with an 11-day, 2-week rotation. No FIFO. Our projects typically last between 3 and 6 months, with teams rotating from project to project, providing variety and continuity. Common work areas include mills, crushers, concrete treads, conveyor bases, cattle yards, tunnels, power stations, and paste plants. Flanco manages field work efficiently, with small to medium-sized teams ranging from 5 to 30 people. Multi-talented and experienced candidates with strong work ethics and team spirit are highly preferred, and enjoy working alongside formworkers, concrete workers, steel fixers, and operators.
