Job description

Roles and responsibilities

- Receive, inspect and record inventory upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, using best storage and retrieval practices.

- Select, pack, and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.

- Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and assist in reconciling inventory levels.

- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.

- Assist in training new warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and cooperation.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.

- Use warehouse management techniques to effectively track and manage inventory levels.

- Participate in team meetings and provide ideas for process improvement.
