Job Responsibilities:

1. Work in a team environment with other coworkers, supervisors, and managers.
2. Complete cleanup tasks using shovels and/or small heavy equipment.
3. Assist in inspections, maintenance, and activities using appropriate procedures.
4. Operate the crushing and screening plant as per training and instructions.
5. Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
6. Specific job duties often vary from day to day depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements:

Experience in construction, mining, or heavy machinery operation is preferred but not required.

High school diploma

Reliability: showing up to work on time.

Be prepared to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.

Physical ability to walk around the factory.

Basic maintenance/mechanical skills, welding, and installation are preferred but not required.

Reliability: following instructions and responding to directions. Good communication skills are required.

Work outdoors/indoors under varying temperatures and weather conditions.
