Your role as a customer service representative

As a core member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

* Providing technical support: Assisting customers in the USA with various technical inquiries and troubleshooting.

* Handling billing inquiries: Addressing and resolving customer questions related to their bills and accounts.

* Ensure customer satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to create positive customer experiences.

Terms and conditions of employment

We provide a structured and supportive environment to ensure your success:

* Office-based: This role requires working from an office, which promotes collaboration and team spirit.

* Convenient locations:

* Alexandria Branch: Located in Borg El Arab (Silicon Oasis). Transportation is provided to and from the location, with a special allowance.

* Cairo Branch: Located in Sheikh Zayed. Transportation is provided to and from the location.

* Fixed schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work schedule with 2 days off.

* Standard working hours: Work 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.

* Rotating shifts: Shifts start at 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 4:00 PM. For women, the last shift ends at 1:00 AM.

* Important note for training: Please note that the training will be full-time.

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

*Residence: This opportunity is exclusively for residents of Egypt.

* English language proficiency: B2 level in English is required. You must be able to communicate fluently and spontaneously to interact effectively with native English speakers.

*No certification required: Although proficiency at level B2 is necessary, no official English language certificate is required to apply.

* Customer-centric mindset: A genuine desire to help customers and provide excellent service.

* Problem-solving skills: the ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.

* Adaptability: Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer knowledge: Basic computer skills are necessary to navigate between systems.
