H-2B Seasonal Food & Beverage Opportunities

The Sea Pines Resort is looking for dedicated team members to join our Food & Beverage department for the 2026 season. Whether you excel in guest-facing roles or prefer the fast-paced environment of the kitchen, we have a place for you on Hilton Head Island.

Role Overview

• Job Title: H-2B Food & Beverage Team Member
• Employment Period: April 1 – November 30, 2026
• Location: Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
• Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week (5-day workweek; includes weekends and holidays)
• Shifts: Rotating shifts available (6:30 AM – 11:00 PM range)

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your placement, you will support either Front-of-House (FOH) or Back-of-House (BOH) operations:

• Front-of-House: Provide high-quality guest service, take orders, deliver food/beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Back-of-House: Assist with food preparation, kitchen organization, sanitation, and dishwashing.
• General: Maintain safety and sanitation standards while working collaboratively in a high-energy hospitality environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 months (No experience or minimum education required).
• Training: Full on-the-job training provided by the employer.
• Physical: Must be able to stand and bend repetitively for the duration of a shift.
• Background Check: All new hires (U.S. and foreign) are subject to a pre-employment criminal background check, paid for by the employer.

• Housing: Optional shared employee housing (including utilities) available for approximately $150–$200 per week.
• Transportation: Complimentary daily transportation between employee housing and the worksite.
• Equipment: All tools, supplies, and uniforms are provided at no cost to the employee.

• Visa Reimbursement: H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all mandated visa and border-crossing fees.
• Travel Costs: Employer will arrange/pay for inbound and outbound transportation and subsistence for workers who complete the required contract periods.
