Start Date: 4/1/2025 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Required: 2 Job Duties: Mowing, Trimming, Weeding, Mulching, Spreading Topsoil, Planting Trees and Shrubs Irrigation work includes installing irrigation lines using shovels and rakes and repairing broken sprinkler heads. Spring cleanup (removing leaves and sticks using blowers and shovels and mulching with straw), and fall cleanup (removing leaves and sticks using blowers and shovels and mulching with straw), and fall cleanup (removing leaves and debris). Operate riding mowers, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers. Mowing, Trimming, Weeding, Mulching, Spreading Topsoil, Planting Trees and Shrubs Irrigation work includes installing irrigation lines using shovels and rakes and repairing broken sprinkler heads. Spring cleanup (removing leaves and sticks using blowers and shovels and mulching with straw) and fall cleanup (removing leaves and debris). Operate riding mowers, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers. Temporary Full Time. Two workers are needed. 4/1/25-11/28/25. $19.30-21.30/hour and $28.95-31.95/hour overtime. 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm. Up to 10 hours of overtime per week may be earned if available. The employer will transport workers to and from each work site. One work week will be used to calculate wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Fridays. Uniforms will be provided with overtime deductions. All deductions from the worker's pay will be made as required by law. The employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the job, free of charge. H-2B workers will be reimbursed for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including government-imposed fees (excluding passport fees), during the first work week. Transportation (including meals and lodging where necessary) to the workplace will be provided, or the worker will be reimbursed for the cost thereof, if the worker completes half of the period of employment. The employer agrees to reimburse the costs of internal transportation and subsistence (minimum of $15.88 per day, without receipts, and maximum of $59 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker came to work for the employer, whether domestically or abroad, to the workplace. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the period of employment or is dismissed early by the employer.
