How to Apply for a Visa to Italy in 2025
Italy, officially the Italian Republic or Republic of Italy, is a country consisting of a peninsula bordered by the Alps and several surrounding islands, and its territory largely coincides with the geographical region of the same name.
The Schengen Area visa policy is determined by the European Union and applies to the Schengen Area and to other EU member states except Ireland.
The visa policy allows citizens of certain countries to enter the Schengen Area by air, land, or sea without a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

Once you have filled out the application form, do not forget to sign it.
The travel document must be valid for at least six (6) months after the planned trip, issued within the previous ten years, and contain at least two (2) blank pages.
Flight Booking Attention: The ticket must be purchased only after the visa has been issued!
Proof of residence: - For the entire duration of the intended stay.
