Applications are now open for the Unleashing Human Rights Forum 2025. This fully-funded forum will be held in Budapest, Hungary , from 9 to 11 December 2025. This three-day forum is organized in collaboration with the Council of Europe, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the European Youth Forum. The forum will be held at the European Youth Centre in Budapest. The forum will bring together approximately 250 participants from around the world.
