Dubai ’s premier event is back . This time, it’s all about leadership, specifically tech diplomacy. Applications are now open for the Dubai Tech Diplomacy Leadership Summit . This fully funded international youth summit will take place in Dubai, UAE, from February 11-14, 2026. Candidates from around the world are welcome to apply, and IELTS/TOEFL scores are not required.
