We will work to support youth, children, and refugees. Volunteers will provide support to staff and participate in association activities. Our local partners will be involved in our various local activities. During our activities, informal educational activities, outdoor activities, and presentations will be conducted. They will develop new projects, involve young people with limited opportunities in their development, have the opportunity to discuss challenges we may encounter during project implementation, and gain skills in quality management. The project activities will last two months for short-term volunteers and six months for long-term volunteers.

Accommodation, food and transportation arrangements

Volunteers will stay in a room for two or three people, sharing with 7-8 other volunteers of different nationalities. The room includes a bathroom, kitchen with kitchenware (pots, dishes, etc.), a living room, a washing machine, hot water, and heating. Blankets, pillows, and bed linens will be provided. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available at the center and throughout the accommodation. Meals, pocket money, and travel expenses will be paid in euros and in cash, according to the program's rules.

Training during activity

Participants will attend training upon arrival, if organized by the Turkish National Agency during their stay. As for permanent volunteers, we will provide them with language courses, and they will actively participate in training sessions and workshops organized by our organization.

Participant profile

We are looking for open-minded, dynamic, fun-loving, tolerant, intercultural, and democratic individuals to work with our group of young people, aged 7 to 29. Ideal candidates should be passionate about connecting with young people from diverse backgrounds and helping them overcome challenges. They should be adaptable, able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment. Volunteers will play a key role in supporting various activities and workshops aimed at empowering young people, promoting social inclusion, and fostering intercultural understanding. A commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment, where everyone's voice is valued and respected, is essential.
