The Moroccan Government Scholarship, managed by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), is a fully funded opportunity for the academic year 2026–2027. This program invites outstanding international students from all over the globe to pursue their higher education at Morocco's top public universities and technical institutes, fostering global cultural and academic exchange.

Scholarship Benefits & Funding

This fully funded program provides comprehensive financial and logistical support, including:

  • Monthly Stipend: 1,750 Moroccan Dirham (MAD).

  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
  • Additional Allowances: Supplementary financial grants for specific academic tracks.

Eligibility Criteria & Academic Requirements

1. Age & Language Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Candidates must possess a good command of the French language, as it is the primary medium of instruction for most programs.
  • Age Limit (Undergraduate): Applicants for Bachelor's degrees must be between 19 and 23 years old.

2. Academic Background:

  • Undergraduate (Bachelor’s): Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or a CAPE/Associate degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, featuring an outstanding academic record during their final two semesters.
  • Postgraduate (Master’s): Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum graduation grade of "Very Good" or "Excellent."
  • Postgraduate (PhD): Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline and demonstrate a strong academic and research track record.
💡 Important Note for Postgraduates: Master’s and PhD applicants must select their preferred program and university from the official list provided on the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education website: enssup.gov.ma.

Required Documents

Applicants are advised to prepare and certify the following documents before starting the application process:

  1. Completed scholarship application form.
  2. One certified copy of the High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  3. Two certified copies of the High School transcripts.
  4. One copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate.
  5. One copy of the National ID Card (front and back).
  6. One copy of the passport's personal data page (must be valid).
  7. A recent Certificate of Good Conduct (police clearance or equivalent).
  8. A recent Medical Fitness Certificate confirming the applicant is free from infectious diseases.
  9. For Master’s & PhD Applicants: Certified copies of previous university degrees, official transcripts, a copy of the previous thesis, and a comprehensive research project proposal.
